Again the Coffee Fire from the top of Park Creek Summit...the majority of this was emanating from the lower left of this picture where incredibly black smoke, glowing with orange from the fire was rising in thick columns. Everything had that odd orange glow that fires seem to create. It was my understanding that because of the location of this fire and the fact that other fire resources were stretched incredibly thin, this fire was being allowed to burn unmitigated.
